VitaCor International is a training and development agency dedicated to driving team performance and impact through health-literate leadership.
Our mission is to empower leaders with the emotional intelligence, communication and interpersonal skills necessary to create thriving, high performing, health-conscious workplaces.
We believe that leaders can have a greater impact on an individual’s health in today’s working environment than a healthcare professional, and a growing body of evidence supports this.
By combining evidence-based research and practical insights, we develop workshops and trainings that equip leaders at all levels to own their own health, navigate challenges with confidence, create psychologically safe environments, and promote health literacy within their teams. Improved health, motivation, engagement, innovation and sustainable productivity are the natural outcomes.
Health literacy traditionally refers to the motivation, skills, and ability to find, understand, evaluate, and use health-related information for self-care. International research shows that nearly half of all adults in Europe report inadequate health literacy, which can lead to poorer health outcomes and lower societal wellbeing and prosperity.
At VitaCor International, we take this concept further by focusing on fostering health-literate organisations. We believe that health literacy isn't just an individual responsibility, but an organisational priority.
